120 : Fave Blog : HiFi Weddings

I sponsor a couple of wedding blogs, and one of my faves is HiFi Weddings. I have no idea how I found her, but I'm so glad I did!!! The creator, Ashley, is such an awesome person. Over the year-ish that I've sponsored her blog, she's been party to many a frustrated e-mail from me, outlining wedding photographer woes. She's also a photographer and always takes the time to answer and give me new and fresh perspective, which I love!!

The blog contains a HUGE variety of eye candy. That's another thing I love about the blog! A lot of wedding blogs have a very specific style. I get that. But I like VARIETY! I have yet to shoot any two weddings that look exactly alike. My clients are eclectic. So it's nice to find a really well-curated wedding blog that is also eclectic. Plus, since the blog is all about weddings, it's not overly full of detail shots. (I don't care about details as much as I care about the people!)

Each posts contains music...either the list of music that the couple played for the different parts of their wedding, or guest mixes. I've created a few mixes that she has featured! And I've submitted a couple of weddings too!

Anyway, I was over there, reading a recent post, and the couple mentioned having "offbeat taste" in music. So, I scrolled down and I read some of the songs, and I discovered Parov Stelar. Have you heard of him? I youtubed him, and found a couple of cool videos. Very swingy, actually. I really want to dance to him now!!! I hope you enjoy!
